Day 19 Paris – Sorbonne & Val-de-Grâce (Latin Quarter – 5th Arrondissement)

Latin Quarter – Sorbonne & Val-de-Grâce (5th Arrondissement)

I spent some time wandering around the Sorbonne and Val-de-Grâce.

Val-de-Grâce Church

This church, built in the 1600’s, was commissioned by  Anne of AustriaQueen Consort of Louis XIII.

Place de la Contrescarpe

I stopped here for lunch, and just enjoyed my last lunch in Paris, looking out over the square.

Wandering the 5th Arrondissement

I’m not sure where most of these photos were taken, so if someone knows where the are, please let me know.

To see what else I did on Day 19, please check out this post.
